What happens to what you tell us.
The short version: this site keeps nothing about you, and anything you send us is used to reply to you and nothing else.
Who we are
Orion8 Solutions Sdn Bhd, C-20-6, KL Trillion, 338 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kampung Datuk Keramat, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are responsible for the personal data you send us under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What this site collects
Nothing on its own. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The enquiry form does not submit anywhere: it opens your own mail app with the message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
What we receive
When you email us, through the form or directly, we receive your name, work email, organisation and whatever you write. That is all we hold unless you send more.
What we use it for
To reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run that work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and its fonts load from Google Fonts, so both see the technical details any website visit involves, such as your IP address and browser. Our email provider holds the messages you send us.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to hello@orion8.tech and a person will reply.
